What are ACO’s hours?

Monday | 11:30am – 10pm

Tuesday | 11:30am – 10pm

Wednesday | 11:30am – 10pm

Thursday | 11:30am – 12am

Friday | 11:30am - 1am

Saturday | 7am - 1am

Sunday | 8am - 10pm

Does ACO take reservations?

ACO takes reservations for parties of 8 or more. If you’re interested in making a large party reservation, email info@theacoakland.com.

For special events, fight nights and pay-per-view, ticketing may be required; you can check our events page here for the most current info.

What’s the menu look like?

You can find our menu here; we’ve got a full kitchen and bar with some of the best food and drinks around, including vegan and vegetarian options.

Additionally, we use a QR code ordering system; to order, simply scan the code at your table or standing area and follow the prompts and you’re all set! You can order, pay, run your own tab or share a tab with friends. We will bring everything out to you and you can always ask us for additional help too.

What’s the parking & transportation situation like?

The Athletic Club Oakland is located at the corner of Grand & Webster in downtown Oakland with ample street parking and lots available in the surrounding blocks.

For public transportation folks, we’re conveniently located just 2 blocks from the 19th Street Bart Station.

Can you show my game?

In 99.97% of cases: Absolutely!

If it’s on TV, we’ll find it for you. If it’s streaming, we’ll make sure you’re set up. With 40 TVs, 20 sound zones, and every sports package available, there’s plenty of space to catch your game with sound.

To request a game, let our servers know and they’ll be happy to get you sorted.

Are children welcome at ACO?

Yes, absolutely! Kids are welcome every day. That being said, we do become a 21+ venue around 9pm each night.

Are pets welcome at ACO?

We love our furry, four-legged friends, but, in accordance with California state law, ACO only allows service animals into the restaurant, so best to keep your pups at home.

Does ACO show early morning soccer matches?

During the Premier League season, we open Saturdays at 7am and Sundays at 8am with multiple screens available to catch your club.

For fans of clubs in La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A, etc., matches generally start a little later, so come on down and we’ll make sure you’re sorted with the match on.

Does ACO host private events?

Yes, we love hosting a damn good get-together. From fantasy drafts to company happy hours, birthdays to private events, we can help you plan the perfect party. Drop us a line and let’s get rolling on your event.

ACO can accommodate events up to 300 people with an array of layout and seating options. Additionally, we have a state-of-the-art pool hall, a free arcade room and a range of other games available.

ACO has complete AV options for slideshows and presentations, microphones, DJs, photo booths, full bar service, catering packages and more.

What’s going on at ACO besides sports?

There’s always something going on at ACO, from trivia night and happy hour to pool leagues, special events and DJs every Friday & Saturday night.

We do! You can f ind our happy hour menu here available Monday-Friday, 4pm-6pm.

How do I buy tickets for Fight Nights?

You can purchase tickets for UFC, boxing and martial arts fight nights at the ACO Fight Club page.

Generally, tickets for upcoming fights are listed a week in advance.

Can we make ACO our home bar for watch parties for our team?

Yes, absolutely, ACO serves as host for a variety of local, national and international supporters groups including American Outlaws Oakland, East Bay Gooners and Oakland Niner Empire and we’ve got plenty of room for more.
